Hilary was appointed Director of Chapter Engagement in November 2017 to provide expert assistance to the Association's 12 chapters. She continues to operate her New York-based company, HJF Consulting, which offers expert support to market research organizations in the areas of data privacy and compliance management, operational effectiveness, leadership/sales training and market expansion/growth.
Hilary has more than two decades of experience within the healthcare research industry, most recently with SHC Universal, where she served as Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer. Previously, she was COO United States at Lightspeed Health (formerly All Global) and Vice President, Global Operations and Compliance and Vice President, Director of Research Logistics at Kantar Health (formerly Ziment).
For more than a decade Hilary has been active with the Insights Association (formerly MRA), Greater NY Chapter. She served on the GNY Board as Director at Large, Treasurer and President; headed local committees on event planning, site selection and programming; served on the National Board of Directors; and chaired National workgroups on membership/chapter relations, and education. She received the Chapter Service Award (2005), Shining Star Award (2008), and Distinguished Service Award (2011).
Hilary is an alumna of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, where she earned a Master of Science in Television-Radio and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising.
