Juliana is responsible for managing and directing certifications and training for the Insights Association, with energized attention to the detailed operations involved in the association's ISO Standards through CIRQ. She comes to the association with over 20 years of marketing, program management, non-profit and higher education leadership and excellent customer service experience to foster deep engagement with key stakeholder audiences.
Prior to coming to the Insights Association, Juliana was the Association Director at the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, charged with leading a robust virtual education and digital event program. She also spent time at the National Information Standards Organization as the Educational Programs Manager where she lead a program of webinars, virtual training workshops, virtual conferences and live stream events.
Her other career highlights involve several years at the graduate engineering division of Johns Hopkins University, and leading marketing and events (read visiting authors and musicians) at retail booksellers including Borders, Bibelot Books and Music, Tower Books, and Waldenbooks (all of which don’t exist anymore…).
When not consumed by learning everything there is to know about ISO procedures and standards critical to the Insights audience, Juliana is being constantly entertained and amazed by her daughter, two cats, and a very neurotic, achingly sweet and annoyingly destructive mutt named Junie.
