Escalent, a top human behavior and analytics firm, is pleased to announce Paul Hartley will now serve as the company’s executive vice president of sales and Dyna Boen has been hired as managing director of the consumer, tech and telecom divisions.

With a tenure of eight years at Escalent, Hartley is transitioning from managing director of the consumer, tech and telecom divisions into a new role as executive vice president of sales. He will be responsible for leading sales effectiveness for the organization, working across multiple industry practices and product areas while expanding Escalent's footprint. Prior to joining Escalent, Hartley held roles with Comscore, Inc., LGR Telecommunications, Inc., ITWeb and Trialogue. Driven by new business development and solution selling, Hartley is highly accomplished at making meaningful connections between brands through his highly consultative sales process.

Stepping in for Hartley, Boen starts her new role as managing director of consumer, tech and telecom after previously consulting with Escalent for four months. Over the course of her career, Boen has served on the executive team of multiple startups backed by venture and private equity, including two she co-founded, UBMobile and TrueSample. She also co-founded the WIRexec Leadership Summit and currently serves on the board of WIRe, with a focus on helping women in the insights industry reach the C-suite. Boen also serves on the Insights Association’s CIRQ Board. A hands-on leader with a strength for building teams, Boen has earned a reputation for growing sales, improving client services, and creating new solutions for enterprise brands.

Hartley earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from University of Cape Town. Boen completed her bachelor’s degree at Oregon State University.
