All cancellations must be received in writing before 5:00 pm EST on January 4, 2019. The Insights Association will issue a credit voucher for the full amount of your payment, which may be applied towards the registration fee at any future Insights Association event held within 12 months. In lieu of a credit voucher, at your request, the Insights Association will issue a refund subject to a $300 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 5:00 pm EST on January 4 are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitution. Substitutions must be received by email and can be made until the start of the event.
Earn Professional Researcher Certification (PRC) hours by attending the full Conference.

Any person who attends the CEO Summit grants permission to the Insights Association to record his or her visual/audio images, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose, including advertisements for future programs and events.
