In ancient Rome, one needed only to look at the graffiti on the walls to take the temperature of public opinion.

What is the culture of your workplace? Are they psychologically safe spaces? Or do you bring a strict ‘command and control’ approach?

As CEOs, we must own the way that our organisations behave and how our people treat each other.

What is really going on inside your organisation? And how can you push positivity through culture change?
