Presenter: Zontziry “Z” Johnson, VP Customer Transformation, Zappi
Speaker Bio: Z Johnson started her career as a survey programmer at the Department of Energy. Soon she was teaching others how to write better surveys and growing a team of primary market researchers. She then moved to Microsoft in research operations, and has since enjoyed roles on both sides of the market research partnership, as well as in MR technology. As the VP of Customer Transformation for Zappi, she helps Zappi’s customers change the way they do insights through coaching and consulting.
