From 11am to 12pm, we will hear the M3 team (Jackie, Brooke and Dudley) present "Patients: A New Perspective Within Healthcare Market Research"
Recruiting patient targets for market research studies can be challenging and overwhelming. M3 Global Research has unique, custom recruitment solutions and we’re excited to share our learnings with you. We will walk you through everything from selecting a methodology and understanding feasibility and timelines to respondent sensitivities and out-of-the-box recruitment methods. We hope you’ll join us to learn how to make an impact with your research findings, solve business issues, and ultimately help to amplify the patients’ voices.
Takeaways from this presentation will include:
- How to succeed with a patient-first approach
- The key elements to invitation design and recruitment sensitivity
- A process for reaching out to support groups, plus how to create relationships and partnerships
- How to cultivate a rewarding research experience
We will then take an hour break for lunch and networking.
From 1pm to 2pm, Tom Rich from Thomas M Rich & Associates present: "The Lenses Through Which we See the World"
Mindsets are existing systems of perceptions and attitudes we all have. Some of these are hardwired into us, some develop over time as a result of our life experiences. Because mindsets serve as a lens through which everything people see and hear is filtered, marketers and researchers need to understand them in order to maximize their marketing efforts and minimize missed opportunities. For instance, a retailer that fails to realize that a shopper is viewing a specific product category through the lens of a scarcity mindset might make crucial mistakes with respect to merchandising, section organization and pricing. Similarly, a survey questionnaire that assumes a maximizing mindset on the part of the respondent could yield highly misleading data. This presentation will review several mindsets, providing attendees with a basis for better understanding consumer attitudes and behaviors.
The day will wrap up at 2pm.
