Southwest Chapter: Q1 Webinar

• It’s 2021 – The New & Fun Qual Tools and What Qualitative Can Do for You

The pandemic has definitely catapulted qualitative research to a new set of tools in connecting people, but it is still the best way to put a face on your research story.

In this webinar, we will examine how we’ve transitioned into new ways to view how we shop, how we behave, and even showcase new views of the world. Some were always there but are shining in this new era, while others are new and groundbreaking.

With more than 25 years in qualitative research and account planning under her belt, Pam Goldfarb Liss has always considered herself innovative and happy to be more creative with new tools. Pam was one of the first to moderate online – using online bulletin boards, communities and webcam interviews as early as 2006. She loves to break the mold and start over, so she will help you understand what’s out there and new thinking that makes qualitative a fun way to get a lens into consumers' worlds.
