With RedPeg since he was an intern, Matt has grown to lead strategy for the experiential marketing agency as Vice President of Strategy & Analytics. Matt utilizes data to develop strategy and analyzes program results to optimize performance and maximize returns for clients. He architects complex centralized systems that deliver rich program and business insight, while analyzing causal and corollary drivers of the financial bottom line for Fortune 500 clients.
Prior to RedPeg, Matt worked in communications for MLS club, DC United, handling media relations and writing feature stories about the team. Prior to that, he was a Sports Services Associate for boutique firm, Starbridge Media Group where he sold sponsorships and developed kids’ club content. Matt started his career in marketing with AIG Small Business.
Over his career Matt has worked with notable brands including Anheuser-Busch, AT&T, Bacardi USA, Carnival Corporation, DISH, Enterprise, GEICO, General Motors, Jägermeister, Lavazza, the NBA, Swatch Group, TD Bank, Ubisoft, the US Army National Guard, Verizon, and many more.
Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Maryland and received his Master’s degree in Sports Marketing from Georgetown University. Originally from New Jersey, he now lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife and 2 sons.
