
Steve Hansen
Steve is the chair of Phase 5’s Data Analytics practice, a senior member of the Innovation practice, and the head of the firm's Minneapolis office. Steve enjoys taking a “Zen mind, beginner’s mind” approach to innovation, especially when it has the potential to disrupt a market ecosystem. His professional background includes: Director of Market Research at Thomson Reuters, Lecturer in Innovation in the Peking University Guanghua MBA program, and various technology product management roles. Steve is regularly invited to speak at industry events on customer centricity throughout the innovation cycle and recently led a webcast on using the Jobs-To-Be-Done framework in Innovation research for the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA).
