Terron brings a passion for driving a diverse culture of inclusion and sense of belonging in her role as Diversity & Inclusion Manager at 84.51°. She is responsible for managing major initiatives related to 84.51°’s D&I roadmap to ensure they are fulfilling their D&I goals and commitments. Terron also works developing additional D&I strategies to help sustain the shift to a culture of inclusion that is demonstrated through an inclusive environment and behaviors.
Terron’s professional experience spans over 25 years across sales, marketing, consulting and management roles in the publishing, data analytics and retails industries. She spent over 13 years at Thomson/Cengage Learning in sales and marketing roles driving revenue growth and marketing strategies. She has been at 84.51° for 12 years, spending over 10 years on the Customer Communications teams as a Campaign Manager and Partnership Manager working with Kroger, Panera as well as CPG partners: P&G, McCormick, Pinnacle Foods, Clorox and Bush Brothers.
Terron’s passion for D&I started long before she moved into her most recent role in September 2018 as Diversity & Inclusion Manager. She has been a part of 84.51°’s Insightful Inclusion Council since its inception in 2016, where she helped translate the company’s 3-year D&I roadmap into actionable and measurable deliverables. Terron brings program management, consulting, relationship management, influence and thought leadership to her role.
Terron holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Thomas More College. Terron is a Director on Women in the Marketplace non-profit board.
